Fiscal Year Reporting

House Bill 2869 was signed into law in 2006 which directs the AWBA to submit a report to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee by October 1 of each year for the previous fiscal year.  The first report submitted by October 1, 2006 contains information for both fiscal years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006.  The report provides an accounting of AWBA’s interstate water banking activities with the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
