Annual Reports

The AWBA submits an Annual Report by July 1 of each year to the Governor, President of the Senate and Speaker of the House that includes a complete account of Water Bank transactions during the preceding calendar year. The report includes information such as an accounting of money expended from, and money remaining available to, the Water Bank fund, the amount of water stored, the number of long-term storage credits distributed or extinguished by the Water Bank, and a 10-year Plan which describes water banking services for the following 10-year period.
