Location

The Arizona Water Banking Authority is affiliated with the Arizona Department of Water Resources which is located on the Second Floor of the Meridian Bank Tower at 3550 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, AZ 85012, between Thomas and Indian School Road on the southwest corner of Columbus and Central Avenue.

We regret that no free parking is available adjacent to the building, but there are pay lots in the immediate area.  (Parking in the retail/restaurant parking lots may result in your vehicle being booted or towed.)

Limited parking at the Meridian Bank Tower is available at $1.00 per half hour with a maximum of $7.00 per day.  Access to this parking is on the south side of Columbus Avenue, west of Central Avenue, and just west of the three-story parking structure..

Additional parking is located across from our visitor parking on the north side of Columbus Avenue (under the canopy) and is available at $0.75 per half hour and $6.50 per day.  Parking is also available at a lot located on the NE corner of Columbus and Central for $1.00 per day but you will have to brave the construction crossing Central.
